Sail & Dream is Your Exclusive Sailing Experience Agency, founded and led by Nikolai who created this concept after more than 10 years of working for various sailing agencies in all relevant sailing areas around the world.
Defining himself as an hedonistic and cosmopolitan, Nikolai founded Sail & Dream as an ambitious vision to create and promote the best sailing experience, and make it the most exclusive experience than any other.
It is an Exclusive Sailing Experience Agency for global, private and individual Sailing trips.
Where each guest fits into the crew and not the other way around, and not for the sake of profit. Integrating the Customer Centered Approach.
Nikolai’s experience in sailing is of about more than 8.xxx nautical miles since he started sailing on the Elbe in Hamburg (Germany) at the age of 6 with the boat type “Optimist”.
